Glow Fitness Party

With the new year comes lots of goal-setting, and health and fitness goals often come at the top of the list for most people. For this edition of Get Together Tuesdays, we’re suggesting a fitness party! Here are some things you may need in order to host a fun event while meeting your fitness goals:

  • Healthy snacks for before, during, or after the workout (examples include trail mix, skinny pop popcorn, cashews, protein shakes, chips and guacamole)

  • A table for serving your snacks

  • Barbells or dumbbells for everyone

  • Glow sticks and/or glow in the dark plates, cups, and utensils to give the glow effect

  • A tv to stream your favorite fitness influencer’s YouTube video for you and your group to follow

Now all you need is a group of people who are also looking to crush their fitness goals this year! You can host this type of event as often as you’d like.
